Orders

Adding something to your cart is not a purchase, and placing an order on this site does not charge you. A contract is formed when we confirm your order on WhatsApp and you pay for it.

Prices are recalculated on our server when an order is placed, so the total we confirm is the total you pay. If a price shown to you was wrong, we tell you before taking any payment and you can walk away at no cost.

Availability

Everything is made in small runs by hand. If a piece is gone between your order and our confirmation, we tell you the same day and either remake it, offer you an alternative or cancel the line, whichever you prefer.

Handmade goods

Embroidery placement, thread shade and print position vary a little between pieces because each one is worked by hand. That variation is the nature of the goods and is not a defect.

Your right to cancel

Ready-made pieces can be exchanged within seven days of delivery, unworn and with tags on. Pieces stitched to your own measurements cannot be returned, because they fit nobody else. We confirm every measurement with you in writing before cutting. See the returns page for the detail.

Liability

Nothing here limits your statutory rights. Where the law allows us to limit liability, it is limited to the value of the order in question.
