How do I find my size?
Ready-made pieces come in S, M, L and XL, and the size guide lists the chest, waist and length measurements for each. If you sit between two sizes, take the larger one, because these are relaxed cuts. If nothing on the chart fits you, send us your measurements on WhatsApp and we will stitch the piece to them instead.
Can I have something made to order?
Yes. That is half of what we do. Tell us the piece, the colour and your measurements on WhatsApp and we will quote you before anything is cut. Custom work takes roughly two to three weeks depending on how much embroidery it carries.
Where do you ship, and how long does it take?
Worldwide. Inside Pakistan, delivery is Rs 250 and takes two to four working days, or free on orders over Rs 5,000. Everywhere else is a flat Rs 3,500, tracked, and usually arrives in seven to fourteen working days. You get the tracking number by email as soon as the parcel leaves us.
How do I pay?
Place the order on the site and we will message you on WhatsApp to confirm the total and send payment details: bank transfer, Easypaisa or JazzCash. Nothing is charged on the website itself, and we never ask for card details over chat.
Why does my piece look slightly different from the photo?
Because a person made it. The embroidery is worked by hand, so the placement of a motif or the exact shade of a thread can shift a little between pieces. Screens change colour too. What does not change is the cloth, the cut and the quality of the stitching.
How should I wash embroidered pieces?
Hand wash cold and separately for the first few washes, then dry in the shade, because direct sun fades the thread. Never bleach. Iron on the reverse so the iron never touches the embroidery or the mirror work.
Can I return or exchange something?
Ready-made pieces can be exchanged within seven days of delivery if they are unworn with their tags on. Message us first and we will arrange it. Pieces stitched to your own measurements cannot be returned, which is why we confirm every measurement with you before we start.
