What this site stores

• Orders: name, email, phone if you give one, delivery address and what you bought.
• Reviews: the name you choose to display, your email (never published) and your text.
• Newsletter: your email address and where you signed up from.
• Support messages: whatever you send through the contact form.

What this site does not store

No card details, no passwords for shoppers, and no third-party advertising or analytics trackers. Your cart lives in your own browser's local storage until you check out, so an abandoned cart never reaches us.

WhatsApp

We confirm orders and take custom briefs on WhatsApp. Those conversations sit on your phone and ours, under Meta's own terms. We do not copy them into this site, and we do not add your number to any broadcast list without you asking.

We will never ask for a card number, CVV, PIN or OTP on WhatsApp or anywhere else.

How long we keep it

Orders are kept for seven years because tax law requires it. Newsletter addresses stay until you unsubscribe. Support messages are deleted once a case has been closed for a year.

Your rights

Write to us and we will send you a copy of everything held against your email, correct anything wrong, or delete it where we are not legally required to keep it. We reply within thirty days and there is no charge.
