Every piece we make can be made again in your measurements and your colour. There is no form to fill in. It is a conversation on WhatsApp, and it starts with you sending us a picture.
Custom orders happen on WhatsApp
It is the fastest way to send a photo, agree a colour and check a measurement, and it means you have the whole conversation in writing on your own phone.
How it works
Four steps, and a price before we cut
Send us the idea
A photo from this site, a screenshot from Instagram, or a picture of something you already own. Tell us what you would change about it: the colour, the sleeve, the length.
We quote you
You get a price and a date before anything is cut. A standard size change costs nothing extra. Changes to the cut or the embroidery are priced up front, never added at the end.
Send your measurements
Bust, waist, hip, shoulder, sleeve length and shirt length. If you are not sure how to measure, send us a photo of a shirt that already fits you well and we will work from that.
We stitch and send
Two to three weeks, longer where the embroidery is heavy. You get a tracking number by email when the parcel goes out.
Before you message us
What can be changed?
Size and length on anything. Colour on most pieces, subject to what cloth we can get. Sleeve style, neckline shape and how heavy the embroidery is: all of that is open. We will tell you honestly if something will not work.
Is it more expensive?
A piece made to your measurements in the same cloth costs the same as the ready-made one. You only pay more if you ask for more: heavier embroidery, a different cloth, or extra pieces in the set.
Can you copy something exactly?
We can work from a photograph and get very close, and we will say up front where we cannot match something. What we will not do is copy another maker's signature design and sell it as ours.
Can I return a custom piece?
No. It is cut to your measurements and fits nobody else. That is exactly why we confirm every number with you in writing before the cloth is touched. If a finished piece does not match the measurements you gave us, that is our mistake and we put it right.
