Inside Pakistan

• Standard: Rs 250, two to four working days.
• Free standard delivery on orders over Rs 5,000.
• Express: Rs 500, next working day if the order is confirmed before 2pm.

Rest of the world

We ship worldwide at a flat Rs 3,500, tracked the whole way. Most parcels arrive in seven to fourteen working days depending on the destination and on how quickly they clear customs.

Any import duty or tax charged when the parcel lands is set by your own country and is not included in what you pay us. We declare every parcel accurately and cannot mark an order as a gift.

When your order ships

Ready-made pieces leave us within one to two working days of payment clearing. Pieces stitched to your measurements take two to three weeks, and more if the embroidery is heavy. We tell you the date before you pay, not after.

The tracking number goes to the email address on your order as soon as the parcel is collected. You can also look the order up at any time on the tracking page with your order number and email.

Addresses

Check the address before you place the order. Once a parcel has been handed to the courier we cannot redirect it, and a returned parcel has to be posted again at the normal rate.
